Let's face it, golf isn't the most appealing sport out there. It's tough to learn, takes a ton of practice, and doesn't involve any teamwork.
On the bright side, golf courses are massive, with plenty of space to roam, lush green grass to feast your eyes on, and lots of holes to aim for. Although, there's one man who seems to believe these holes are a convenient substitute for a bathroom.
In a TikTok video that has now gone viral, user @dougiesharpe tells the story of a man who repurposed golf holes in an unconventional way

“Fun Fact: Since 2005, a man has regularly been taking poops in the golf holes at the Scavenger Golf Club in Southwest Norway,” OP shares.

“He has a couple favorite holes, rides a bike onto the course, brings in and leaves behind toilet paper, and only poops in holes on weekdays.”

It's a tough question how the golf club determined the gender of the person behind this golf course incident, but OP has provided a convincing answer.
“They're sure it's a man because the poops are too big to be a woman's”
The golf club was not idle after the incident and made attempts to put up security cameras, although their permit request was ultimately turned down.

Nevertheless, the groundskeepers took action and installed motion sensor-activated spotlights in the trees surrounding two of the “pooper’s” preferred holes, in hopes of catching him in the act.

He proceeded to climb the tree, maneuvered himself onto a branch, disabled the light, and defecated into the very golf hole it was meant to protect.

The golf club authorities didn’t have a list of suspects as of 2015 and the person hadn’t been caught yet. OP was also unable to find any further information.
"Just twisted in the head"

Despite this, OP attempted to speculate about the type of person who may have committed the golf course incident. “It has to be someone who hates the game of golf, has a fetish, or is just twisted in the head.”
As the commenters brainstormed with OP to solve the mystery of the "pooper," most of them ended up pointing the finger at OP himself

Though the identity of this person remains unknown and cannot be confirmed, everyone can agree that they’re an expert at concealing themselves in plain sight, outsmarting surveillance cameras, and remaining anonymous for over a decade.
