The original poster of this Reddit thread shared how one coworker cheated the boss' system, which was that if you're going to work out, you don't have to clock out. So, she would put on her gym gear, go out, eat fried chicken in her minivan, and return to the office, complaining about how she felt sore.

However, usually, angry customers saw a man in a wheelchair, and all of a sudden, they turned into the nicest people. "Physically my blood pressure has dropped, and in general, I'm in a pretty good mood most of the time."

A poster shared that while in college, he had a meal plan where the school essentially took his "actual money" and turned it into "campus dollars." At the end of the semester, he had hundreds of dollars, so he went to the nicest campus restaurant and made a deal with the waiter. He gave him a "monster tip, and the waiter returned a half in "actual money."
