In a now-viral TikTok video, Kelsey Ray (@kelseyraywilson) shares her concerns about her children and personal safety, suspecting that her neighbor may have made a hole in her backyard fence.

Kelsey says that she and her family recently moved into their new house and asks viewers if they think it's crazy that ‘this man who lives next door’ actually created a hole in her fence, pointing her camera at the damaged fence.

In this video, captioned "I don't know if I have anxiety or I'm just going crazy, but I feel like this is really weird," the mother shares her frustration over the fact that she doesn't even know what to do to block her neighbor, making her feeling extremely ‘uncomfortable.’

It seems that the neighbor had already taken advantage of the hole in the fence. Kelsey recalls that one day while she was looking after her kids in the bathroom, one of them had a short tantrum. Shockingly, the man started yelling at her children through the hole.

"Is that not weird that he created a whole entire hole?" Kelsey asks her viewers. "I don't even know what I could put there to block him. But I'm so uncomfortable right now."

In the comment section, people echoed Kelsey's concerns that her neighbor was the one who intentionally made the hole. Some even argued that she wasn't the only one who fell victim to her neighbor's actions. In response to some viewers questioning whether the hole in the fence existed before, Kelsey shared a proof video that was taken two or three days before she noticed the hole. The video shows her children playing with their father in front of a fence with no damage or holes.

In a short follow-up video, Kelsey revealed to her followers the fence actually belonged to her neighbor, adding that he was out in his yard fixing the back of the fence. The mother also shared that her strategy to prevent the neighbor from peering into her backyard is by using "command strips."
